Palletized Liming Application

Helps to maintain an average pH level in the soil of 6.5-7.0 which is ideal for the overall health of the lawn. Also helps soil to become more porous which will allow for better consumption of nutrients.

Pre-Emergent Herbicide (Split Application)

Slow release Fertilizer application to control and suppress over 40 broadleaf and grassy weeds. Also helps suppress Crabgrass germination.

Post-Emergent Herbicide (Split Application)

Slow release Fertilizer application to control and suppress over 40 broadleaf and grassy weeds. Also helps suppress Crabgrass germination and will eradicate beginning stages, if germination has started.

Broadleaf Herbicide (Liquid or Granular)

Controls broadleaf weeds, including Clover and Dandelion.

Insecticide with Slow Release Fertilizer

Slow release fertilizer to control Grubs, Fleas and Ticks. This application can be substituted for a Broadleaf Weed Control Herbicide depending on the lawn and weather conditions.

Early Fall Fertilizer

Balanced Slow release Fertilizer applied in the early Fall. Has a higher Phosphorous content to assist in new seed germination. Note: Usually done in conjunction with Aeration/Seeding. Cost for Aeration and Seeding not included. Price quote will be sent in late Summer/Early Fall.

Winterization Application

Balanced Slow release Fertilizer applied in the late Fall/early Winter. High Nitrogen content to help feed the root system over the Winter months.
